Aim & Objective
In the world of emergency relief and development, there are a handful of People & Organisations that have transcended their roots and built a reputation nationally for effectiveness despite a broadening mandate. Formed as a symbol of Indian empathy towards medical health services. “Balaji Hospital Trust” has shifted its mission to fighting National poverty and enhancing Human Dignity, with a special focus on Healthcare.
We are having a team of dedicated work force from the different segment of Society, having proven track record in offering their services for the welfare of the under privileged people.
Zeal to serve. Attaining success. Handling health. Allowing to live with dignity. Never say die attitude.
Mission
1. To promote efficient and effective giving that provides greater opportunities to the poor.
2. We envision a Society in which all people are safe in their homes, Schools and Communities; Are treated with respect and dignity and have equal opportunities to develop and activate their abilities.
1. A strong “Giving” culture.
2. To give the poor a chance.
3. A vibrant “Philanthropy” to ensure that the most needy get access to the resources.
My Belief’s and Approaches
1. Sacrifice – We believe that every individual must ‘give till it hurts’; demonstrating their willingness to share one’s fortunes with those less privileged.
2. Deserve our Needs -- We believe that we need to earn our keep, rather than assume it as is right. We need to give first and then ask in return.
3. Adding Value – We believe that we add value only when we do something that no one else is currently doing, OR when we do, WE do it in a better way.
4. Passion – We believe that working with a ‘burning desire’ to make a difference, is the greatest motivator to do something meaningful.
5. First Principles Approach -- We believe that we must do things because they make sense to do, and not simply because that is how everyone else does it. Blind faith is the enemy of all innovation.
6. Focus on the Poorest – Welfare directed towards improving the lives of our “Real Customer” – the poorest of the poor.
